Self-schedule Session.

Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been before, taking this step is a meaningful act of self-care, and it’s natural to feel some uncertainty about what to expect.

My aim is to make the process as simple and comfortable as possible. Through my self-scheduling system, you can book a session at a time and date that works best for you, giving you the space to begin when you feel ready.

What to expect.

If you wish, contact me prior to booking a session if you have any questions.

1 . Self-schedule your therapy session.

2. You’ll receive 2 separate emails within 24 hours. One for booking confirmation, and the other  from myself that will contain relevant information about your session (please check spam/junk mail folder).

3. If you’ve scheduled a face-to-face session, you’ll arrive in person to the Ascend Therapy room at the scheduled date and time. For online sessions, you’ll receive a secure link to join your session. For telephone sessions, I’ll call you at the scheduled date and time.

4. In the initial session, we will go over the confidential agreement together and begin exploring the areas you would like to focus on in therapy.
