
Whether it is your first time in therapy, or you’ve never been before, taking that first step can feel uncertain. I offer an easy, flexible self-scheduling system that allows you to book a therapy session at a time and date that suits you.
Please note* I am currently offering telephone therapy only until 13th August. From the 15th September I have availability for face-to-face, online and telephone.
To help ease uncertainty, I’ve outlined the process below so you know what’s involved.

Self-schedule your therapy session.

You’ll receive a confirmation email, as well as a copy of the confidential agreement and other relevant information about your session (please check your spam/junk folder).

If you’ve booked a face-to-face session, you'll arrive in person to the Ascend Therapy room at the scheduled date and time.
For online sessions, you’ll receive a secure link to join at scheduled date and time.
For telephone sessions, I’ll call you at the scheduled date and time.

In your full session, we will go over the confidential contract together and begin exploring the areas you would like to focus on in therapy.
