Payment details can be found within the confidential agreement attached to your confirmation email after booking (please check spam/junk mail). Payment is required to be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session. If payment hasn’t been received prior to session, the session may be automatically cancelled.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel your therapy session up to 24 hours before your appointment without being charged via your session confirmation email (please check spam/junk mail) .
Late Cancellations & No-Show
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your session, the full session fee will be charged.
