I’m Anna, a person-centred therapist and founder of Ascend Therapy. I offer one-to-one counselling for adults in a welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental environment. Whether you prefer to meet in person, online or by phone, I offer flexible options to support what feels most comfortable.

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s not always easy. You might not be sure what you need or where to begin, and that’s okay. If you’re reading this, you’ve already done something brave by showing up for yourself. That’s a real beginning, and it deserves to be recognised.

Central to my practice is a deep belief in the healing power of human connection. I see therapy as a place where you can come just as you are, without judgement or pressure. My values of authenticity, autonomy and compassion help me offer a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected and supported. I welcome and celebrate difference and individuality, aiming to provide a nurturing, affirming space for people of all identities and life journeys.

The therapy I offer is open ended, and can be either short or long term depending on your needs.
